Casa Montone is a lovely and charming 3-story house, completely restored. Each of the floors is connected by a corner spiral staircase.

The first floor is the fully equipped kitchen/dining-room, complete with a fireplace, and along with the 2nd floor, has a magnificent view of the Upper Tiber Valley.

Up the stairs is the living-room which also has an outside entrance, along with antique furnishings.

The third floor is a comfortable bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a modern bathroom, both of which share the panoramic view.

Rental rate is $870 USD per week. Heat, electricity, and water are included. 50% payable at booking. Balance due 60 days before occupancy. A $200 security deposit will be collected upon arrival.
